Working with Mike I have learned to train smarter not harder, run more efficiently, and come back quicker when things do occasionally go awry. Mike has always treated me like I am his most important client. He understands how to manage my desire to train and tendency to overtrain. I trust his advice completely. I have taken an hour and fifteen minutes off my marathon time, run sub 16:00 for 5k and finished an Ironman in under 10 hours. I have surprised myself, but Mike never seems surprised.
