| About Mike Danenberg |

Mike Danenberg began working in fitness when he was fourteen years old. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine. After college, he worked with the Citadel's Army Rangers designing their strength and conditioning regimes. Mike then became the fitness director of a club in Charleston, SC.
After moving to Charlotte in 1995, when he was recruited to be the fitness director at Kings Sports Complex, he taught Neuromuscular Therapy and Palpatory Anatomy at the South Eastern School for Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy.

Soon after, Mike received his credentials in Active Release Techniques from Dr. P. Michael Leahy. In 1997, Mike opened his practice in Lake Norman, NC and developed Performance Therapy. He then became the Soft Tissue Therapist for the Carolina Panthers during the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
Mike currently runs two practices in Charlotte, NC where he continues to work with Professional athletes, College athletes as well as Junior and High School Athletes. Mike Danenberg also won the Novice middle weight Class at the NC junior States in Body Building in 2004.
